BOXHALL City will be home to thirteen kitchens, so we are searching for only the best independent food operators from London and surrounding areas to ensure a diverse and high-quality selection.
Following an initial and fully refundable deposit, each selected trader will be given their allocated kitchen space, allowing them to start trading without the barrier of vast capital outlay.
Kitchen Configuration
All traders selected for the scheme will be given a fully-fitted plug and play commercial kitchen worth around £100,000 including all extraction, refrigeration and preparation equipment ready to bring in cookline equipment to operate a successful restaurant.
We are investing heavily in technology to deliver a seamless customer experience with on-site food ordering/collections and food deliveries. Our sales team will work closely with delivery platforms to agree cost-effective exclusive rates on behalf of the select traders.
Kitchens available
We have three kitchen styles available across the site, each suitable for different cuisine styles.
Kitchen 1: Standard layout with extraction
Our standard kitchen layout fitted to the highest spec. Suitable for almost all types of cuisine, with a rear food preparation area separated from the service area by a partition wall.
Kitchen 2: Retail kitchen
A space fitted with everything you need to run a kitchen but with amenities for a food retailer. Suitable for delis, food & drink shops, and purveyors of high-quality products.
Kitchen 3: Kiosk kitchen
A smaller unit positioned adjacent to the main walkway to guarantee strong footfall. This simple layout is suitable for coffee and food traders with limited on-site prep requirements.
